OUR GUARANTEE How Long it Lasts Your new Midas Muffler is warranted by Midas to you, the original purchaser, for as long as you own the vehicle on which the muffler has been installed. Your new Economizer Plus Muffler is warranted by Midas to you, the original purchaser, for one year form the date of installation. What is Covered If your Midas Muffler fails to perform properly during the warranty period, we will install a new warranted Midas Muffler on your vehicle. You will not be charged for the muffler, its clamps or the labor required to install them. If your Economizer Plus Muffler fails to perform properly during the warranty period, Midas will install a new, warranted Economizer Plus Muffler on your vehicle. You will not be charged for the muffler, its clamps or the labor required to install them. What is Not Covered This Midas Muffler warranty does not cover exhaust or tail pipes, hangers or other exhaust system components which may be required at the time of replacement. The Midas shop must restore the exhaust system to its proper operation. If you do not authorize the installation of the needed parts, you will receive a non-installed and non-warranted muffler. How to Get Service If your Economizer Plus Muffler requires service under the terms of this warranty, bring your vehicle and this warranty certificate to any Midas location in the United States or Canada.
